Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager for Container Platforms to own Gaia Kubernetes Platform, drive controls and compliance deliverables, and lead end-to-end product delivery within Compute Infrastructure. You will collaborate with Product Owners, business control managers and regulators to optimize risk posture and ensure timely, compliant implementations.

You will guide teams through audits, reviews and deployments, with emphasis on Kubernetes-based platform operations, DevOps

Qualifications

5+ years of product delivery or equivalent expertise.
Proven ability to manage operational management and change readiness activities.
Experience with release management and deployment processes.
5+ years in Application Ownership or technology risk management.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes and reporting.
Manages change activities and ensures risk, controls and regulatory requirements.
Monitors timelines, dependencies and resource needs with stakeholders.
Defines AO communications and epics for deliverables with Product Management.
Represents GKP in controls/compliance meetings; participates in audits and reviews.
Advises on controls requirements raised by SRE during refinement and design.
Ensures Container Platform products meet CAF, PCI and SOC compliance.
Identifies and communicates technology risk related to private cloud.
Interfaces with ISM leaders and development teams on risk activities.
Acts as escalation point for Product Risk, including vulnerability and security.
