Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to shape cloud delivery in our CFS/SRE teams. You will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable customer experiences.

In this role you will drive release management, roadmap refinement, and data-driven improvements across the delivery lifecycle, partnering with engineering, product, and cloud teams to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or related field.
• Strong ability to manage delivery with continuous improvement.
• Experience with release management and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependencies, and release management.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define product component roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to refine requirements.
• Participate in quarterly planning and feature refinement.
• Drive data-driven improvements across delivery lifecycle.
