Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience with product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Participates in defining the product component roadmap and backlog.
• Liaises with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, understand priorities and provide feedback on delivery timelines.
• Participates in the quarterly planning process with engineering teams.
• Refines feature requests in collaboration with engineering and collaborators.
• Leads data driven innovation to optimize end to end delivery lifecycle.
