Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to drive customer success across Kubernetes workloads and cloud infrastructure. You will establish strong technical relationships, lead PoCs, onboard customers, and optimize workloads while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role blends hands-on implementation with strategic guidance at scale. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, strong Kubernetes skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, HPC/cloud services focusing on securing Kubernetes workloads.
Fluency in cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies with hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
Proven track record building customer relationships and communicating complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, securing Kubernetes workloads.
Collaborate with customers to design and deploy tailored cloud solutions.
Lead proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate value of CoreWeave's solutions.
Provide technical leadership in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Contribute to product strategy and architecture through insights from customer workloads.
Conduct technical reviews and optimize workloads with recommended solutions.
