Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
10+ years in technology with container platform leadership.
Expert Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD tools, cloud and on‑prem platforms.
Experience in Agile development environments with developer platforms.
Strong Kubernetes, container orchestration and DevOps tooling knowledge.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and on‑prem OpenShift or bare‑metal Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Define roadmap for container platforms (Kubernetes) and CaaS for enterprise workloads.
Design, deploy, and manage highly available, secure containerized infrastructure.
Oversee product development, translate market requirements into technical specs; ensure usability via self-service APIs and docs.
Represent customers, study industry trends, inform product development and adoption.
Oversee metrics to improve performance, usability, and reliability of container workloads.
Set standards for Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD, microservices, and observability.
