Job summary

Akuity is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help customers succeed with our platform and Argo ecosystem. You’ll troubleshoot issues, improve documentation, and build scalable support processes, working closely with both open-source and enterprise users.

You will develop deep expertise in GitOps, Kubernetes, Argo, and Akuity offerings, delivering high-quality support via chat, forums, GitHub, and phone. This role emphasizes collaboration and customer-centric problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing support role.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Hands-on Argo CD experience in a professional setting.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to open-source users and enterprise customers via multiple channels.
• Develop deep technical expertise in GitOps, Argo, and Akuity’s offerings.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Recognize common support patterns and elevate issues to engineering when appropriate.
• Help build and iterate on our support playbook, processes, and systems.
• Contribute to improving Akuity’s documentation to enhance the customer experience.
