Job summary

Pipekit is building the software infrastructure powering modern data and AI systems, and we are the primary maintainers of Argo Workflows. We work with large Argo users and innovate at the edge of Kubernetes-native workflow orchestration.

This role focuses on owning impact across our product and OSS ecosystem while shaping enterprise features and developer experience. You will engage with customers and contributors, contribute to architectural decisions, and participate in an on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in a statically typed language (Go/Java/Rust/C++).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud services.
• Self-starter who drives ideas to completion.
• Passion for building production-grade distributed systems.
• Excellent written communication across code, docs, and blogs.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive impact across the product and Argo ecosystem.
• Maintain and evolve Argo Workflows and Argo Events; manage PRs and major decisions.
• Shape our enterprise product with a premium developer experience at its core.
• Turn ideas into features by identifying user pain points and shipping critical features.
• Engage with the OSS community and customers; participate in on-call rotation.
• Speak at conferences like KubeCon and ArgoCon to expand our voice.
