Akuity is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help customers succeed with our platform and Argo ecosystem. You will troubleshoot issues, improve documentation, and contribute to scalable support processes.

You will develop deep knowledge of GitOps, Argo CD, and Akuity offerings while serving both open-source users and enterprise customers. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and customer empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, or GitOps concepts.
• Strong communication to explain complex context clearly to users.
• Proactive mindset to design scalable support solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to open-source users and enterprise customers via chat, forums, GitHub, and phone.
• Develop deep technical expertise in GitOps, Argo, and Akuity offerings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Identify common support patterns and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Help build and iterate on support playbooks and processes.
• Contribute to improving Akuity documentation to enhance the customer experience.
