Flagstone Foods is hiring a KTron Operator I for the 2nd shift at our Robersonville, NC facility. You will execute production schedules, operate and troubleshoot production machinery, and ensure safe, high-quality output that meets customer demands.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in production, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired.
• Machine Operator experience required.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality.

• Execute daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely.
• Handle ingredients and perform necessary paperwork to standards.
