Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Kronos Developer to design, configure, implement, and support UKG workforce management solutions. The role focuses on Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions, including customization, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Kronos experience, strong SQL and API skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable workforce management projects.

Competenze

• Hands-on Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kronos modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance.
• Experience with Kronos configuration and customization.
• Proficient in SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Boomi or UKG integration solutions.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Kronos/UKG Workforce Management applications.
• Work on Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Leave Management.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Kronos and HRMS, Payroll, and ERP systems.
• Work on Kronos integration tools, APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.
• Configure business rules, pay rules, work rules, accruals, schedules, and employee profiles.
• Troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues.
• Support upgrades, patches, and deployments; document configurations and deployment plans.
