Artifintech is seeking an experienced Kronos Developer to design, develop, configure, implement, and support workforce management solutions using UKG/Kronos. You will work with Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions, configuring modules, building interfaces, and delivering production support.

The role requires hands-on Kronos experience, strong SQL and API skills, and familiarity with integration tools like Boomi.

Competenze

• Hands-on Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions experience.
• Knowledge of Kronos modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Leave Management.
• Experience with Kronos configuration and customization.
• Strong SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity with Boomi or UKG integration tools is a plus.
• Troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Understanding HR, payroll, and workforce management processes.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kronos Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting workforce management solutions using UKG (formerly Kronos). The candidate should have hands‑on experience with Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management), including application configuration, integrations, customization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Kronos/UKG Workforce Management applications.
• Work on Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Leave Management.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Kronos and third‑party applications such as HRMS, Payroll, and ERP systems.
• Work on Kronos integration tools, APIs, web services, and file‑based integrations.
• Configure business rules, pay rules, work rules, accruals, schedules, and employee profiles.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience in Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions.
• Good knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Workforce Management.
• Experience with Kronos configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and file‑based integrations.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as Boomi, Dell Boomi, or UKG integration solutions is an advantage.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Good understanding of HR, Payroll, and workforce management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Knowledge of Kronos Integration Manager (KIM), WIM, and related integration technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• UKG/Kronos certification is an added advantage.
