Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to research, design, and deliver end-user training for Kronos Workforce Scheduler across the enterprise. The role reports to the Executive Nursing team and collaborates with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build technical and skills-focused training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in clinical or related field or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 1-3 years experience creating and delivering meaningful, contextual program content
• 1-3 years experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), or other leading workforce management software
• 3-5 years relevant clinical and/or training experience
• 3-5 years experience in instructional design, curriculum writing, teaching/training, and course development

Responsibilities

• Training and Development Programs: plan, research, design audience-specific instructional curricula and materials to support enterprise training
• Independently deliver entry and advanced level training for internal audiences
• Interpret training evaluation data to revise curricula and materials
• Develop on-site and remote training sessions in multiple formats (instructor-led, guides, videos)
• Ensure training aligns with department expectations and supports increased productivity and new-hire retraining

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in clinical or related field

RN License, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
