Job summary

You will collaborate with executive nursing leadership and cross-functional teams to build role-specific curricula and materials.

The role emphasizes delivering both instructor-led and digital training, evaluating effectiveness, and continuously improving programs to boost adoption and productivity across AHN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as required by AHN.
• 1–3 years creating and delivering meaningful program content.
• 3–5 years in instructional design, curriculum writing, teaching/training, and course development.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training programs for enterprise technologies (e.g., Kronos).
• Independently deliver entry and advanced level training for internal audiences.
• Design curricula and educational materials (guides, FAQs, e-learning).
• Develop on-site and remote training sessions; adjust format to audience.
• Measure learning outcomes and revise trainings based on data.
