Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Training & Support Specialist for Finance Training & Support to deliver Kronos system training and exceptional customer service. You will analyze finance processes, document current procedures, and collaborate with teams to improve service quality and user experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in timekeeping/payroll, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required and at least 2 years of experience in timekeeping and/or payroll.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Ability to monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and training related to the Kronos system.
analyze and review finance business processes; document current and updated processes.
Plan, produce, and administer training programs within the Finance Division.
Log calls and correspondence in Salesforce for proper handling and resolution.
Identify training opportunities and improve training materials and courses.
Onboard quickly to institutional projects related to system implementations and enhancements.
Support internal employees with Kronos training and system usage.
