Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant with expertise in key Kronos modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge and the ability to work independently on configuration and functional tasks.

The role involves configuring pay policies and accruals, creating DataViews and reports, and configuring ESS components. You will manage timekeeping processes, approvals/workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet functional requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Kronos/WFC or UKG Dimensions experience.
• Strong functional knowledge and ability to work independently on configuration tasks.
• Experience creating DataViews, reports, and configuring ESS components.
• Proficient in timekeeping setup, accrual rules, and approvals/workflows.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions
• Strong understanding of accruals, pay rules, schedules, and time tracking
• Experience with DataViews, custom reports, and workflow configurations
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working with global teams is a plus
