The role focuses on KPI reporting, cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, training, and coaching to maximize current and future production performance while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Office 365 and Word); working knowledge of WMS; AX is a plus.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution center's KPI reporting and track performance indicators.
• Work with department managers to establish daily/weekly goals and ensure execution.
• Manage day-to-day activity within the department, including planning, flow, and resource prioritization.
• Create alignment on process improvements across shifts and departments related to safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Establish relationships with key partners (peers, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control, Transportation).
• Ensure operations comply with OSHA standards.
• Train, develop and motivate team members to maximize production performance following SOPs.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Recommend and implement improvements through Continuous Improvement tools.
• Foster a culture of safety and teamwork in the department.
• Meet company productivity standards and keep the warehouse clean.
