Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Fremont, CA to lead a high-volume, multi-shift distribution center. You will drive LEAN initiatives, optimize resources, and ensure timely product receipt and order fulfillment within budget.

You will develop staff, implement best practices, and promote continuous improvement across facilities while maintaining safety and quality standards for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years LEAN expert at the management level.
• 5+ years management experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Strong promotion of change and effective communication skills.
• Ability to develop staffing strategies and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure on-time, accurate receiving and order fulfillment.
• Drive continuous process improvement and adherence to budget.
• Manage assets and ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT/EPA.
