Job summary

Radial is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse KPIs, audits, and quality initiatives. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety and productivity, and drive process improvements across shifts in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to train staff, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Training and development of associates will be part of the responsibilities, with an emphasis on meeting compliance and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS degree/GED required.
• Experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WMS is desired.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPIs for each warehouse department.
• Manage process and product-quality audits.
• Launch initiatives with teams to improve quality.
• Provide information to Customer Service for interactions and cases.
• Supervise daily activities per SOPs ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Recruiting and performance reviews; implement corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet DC procedures.
• Train and develop shift personnel for efficiency and quality.
