This role requires 3+ years in a warehouse supervisory role, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. AX knowledge is a plus, with emphasis on safety and team development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS). AX knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting for the distribution center and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with managers to set daily/weekly goals and ensure task execution.
• Oversee day-to-day activity, planning, flow, and resource prioritization.
• Drive process improvements across shifts related to safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Build relationships with peers, leadership, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control and Transportation.
