Job summary

Living Spaces in Fremont, CA is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse 1 to lead a team and drive productivity, quality, safety, and cost goals in the distribution center.

You will set daily/weekly goals with department managers, manage day-to-day activity, coach staff, implement process improvements, and ensure OSHA compliance and SOP adherence.

This role offers a pay range of $70,304 to $93,857 with overtime eligibility and company-wide benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Word; WMS knowledge; AX knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting for the distribution center using KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with department managers to set daily/weekly goals and ensure execution.
• Oversee day-to-day activity, planning, flow, and resource prioritization.
• Drive process improvements across shifts related to safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and ensure SOP adherence.
• Coach and mentor team members to maximize production performance.
