The position is salaried on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9:30pm–6:30am). The salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience, with benefits typical of a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift performance.
• Maintain site KPI accountability and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with customers on operational aspects.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and address issues as needed.
• Understand labor relations and ensure safety policies are followed.
