Job summary

The YMCA in Wetumpka, AL is seeking a KP Lead to supervise Kitchen Patrol operations during the summer, ensuring a clean, organized kitchen and dining hall and strict adherence to food safety standards. You will report to Camp Directors and collaborate with Camp Cooks to uphold Camp Chandler’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Kitchen Patrol (KP) three times daily.
• Ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned and properly maintained.
• Oversee weekly deep-clean of kitchen and dining hall.
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Ensure safe storage of food and supplies per procedures.
• Communicate dietary concerns to kitchen staff.
