Job summary

YMCA Camp Chandler is seeking a Kitchen Patrol Lead to supervise daily KP operations and maintain a clean, organized dining space throughout the summer. You will work under the Camp Cooks and report to the Camp Director, upholding Camp Chandler’s standards for cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.

The KP Lead will coordinate KP three times daily, support food safety procedures, and guide KP staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and coordinate KP three times daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in kitchen/dining hall.
• Monitor and support KP staff to meet camp standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Kitchen Patrol (KP) three times daily.
• Ensure the kitchen, dining hall, dishwashing areas are cleaned, organized, and properly maintained.
• Oversee weekly deep clean of the kitchen and dining hall.
