Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, specifically handling semiconductor materials, industrial plant equipment, or manufacturing logistics (manager or supervisor level preferred).
• Strong understanding of WMS and global ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with a proven track record of managing material master data and troubleshooting interface discrepancies through data analysis.
• Practical experience in optimizing warehouse layouts for spatial efficiency, designing bin/location management processes, and supervising barcode scanner-based picking operations.
• Auditing and verifying operational compliance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, with strong communication skills to lead hands-on material-to-system matching training for warehouse crews.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean preferred to facilitate reporting with HQ.

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and material master data accuracy across warehouse and ERP systems. This role ensures efficient storage utilization, inventory control, system-data synchronization, and compliance with warehouse operating procedures. Working closely with 3PL providers, internal teams, and headquarters, the manager will drive operational excellence through process optimization, inventory audits, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management within semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

Qualified candidates must have:
