Job summary

Uwill is seeking a bilingual therapist to provide teletherapy in Mandarin. As a Uwill Counselor, you'll manage an active clinical caseload while offering support through various modalities like video, phone, or chat.

This 1099 independent contractor role allows for flexible scheduling, and you will document sessions in a HIPAA-compliant workspace. Ideal candidates have the required clinical license, experience, and a commitment to cultural competence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of telehealth therapy experience using a variety of clinical modalities.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• HIPAA-compliant private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active clinical caseload from the initial session through graduation from care.
• Conduct therapy sessions via video, telephone, or chat.
• Document all sessions and clinical interactions within time frame expectations.
