Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Hardware Support Specialist to install, relocate, reconfigure, and maintain hardware, voice, and data processing equipment. You will support raised floor and NER equipment, manage inventories, and provide on-site break/fix services while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, OR -Technical or vocational certification.
• At least 2 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU’s, and printers.
• At least 2 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, relocates, reconfigures, removes, and maintains hardware, voice, and online data processing equipment.
• Assists with records and audits of equipment, space, and spare parts inventories.
• Supports installations, moves, and changes to raised floor and NER equipment; provides on-site break/fix support.
