Kualoa Ranch Hawai'i is seeking a Korean-speaking Guest Experience Ambassador to warmly welcome Korean-speaking visitors and provide clear, helpful information on tours, check-in, and on-site services. You will use Korean and English to assist guests, coordinate with staff, and maintain a positive, professional aloha spirit on property.

The role requires in-person presence on Oʻahu and open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably hospitality or tourism.
• Strong Korean and English communication with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage Korean-speaking guests with warmth and aloha.
• Assist with tour check-in and provide accurate information on schedules, pricing, and policies.
• Answer questions about activities, requirements, and general property details.
• Provide directions and guidance to help guests navigate the ranch.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address guest needs promptly.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive environment.
• Maintain organized front-of-house operations and represent Kualoa Ranch professionally.
