Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Marketing Greeter at Ka Haku, a Hilton Club in Honolulu. You will welcome guests, share information about services, and connect visitors with our Owner Marketing team to enhance their stay.

The role requires a friendly, outgoing demeanor, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and strong English communication. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected. Knowledge of Japanese and/or Korean is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with new guests.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the work area for up to the duration of an 8‑hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Share information with visitors about available services and direct them to the marketing desk locations.
• Distribute approved Hilton Grand Vacations marketing materials.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person and over the phone.
