Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Korean bilingual client support specialist to provide day-to-day service to assigned clients by phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings. You will partner with Client Executives to identify profitability opportunities and ensure accurate paperwork processing by internal teams.

The role starts with 1–2 months of training, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST, followed by a rotating schedule including EST/PST shifts and work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Korean bilingual ability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day support and service to assigned clients via telephone, email and occasional face-to-face communication.
• Answers client inquiries and provides client education on products and services.
• Conducts follow up on all paperwork submitted to ensure it is completed accurately and in a timely manner by internal supporting departments.
