Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Korean bilingual client support representative to assist assigned clients via phone, email and occasional in-person interactions. You will partner with Client Executives to identify opportunities to enhance profitability and ensure accurate, timely processing of paperwork with internal teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting our clients’ financial needs. 3+ days per week on-site required.

Qualifications

• Korean bilingual is required for communication with clients.
• Demonstrated customer service/relations skills are expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities and data interpretation skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and service to assigned clients via telephone, email and occasional face-to-face communication.
• Partner with Client Executives on projects to identify opportunities to enhance profitability of the client relationship.
• Answer client inquiries and educate on products and services.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner by internal supporting departments.
