Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 2+ years of analytics/strategy experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools; able to build dashboards and reports.
• Bilingual Korean and English required; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build AI-assisted dashboards and automated reporting to surface insights quickly.
• Apply predictive analytics for workforce planning and demand forecasting.
• Pilot AI/ML tools to automate data prep and reporting processes.
• Prepare leadership-ready forecasts and planning models.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategic initiatives.
• Improve data pipelines for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
