Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B account management experience in Automotive industry preferred.
• Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (speaking/listening/reading/writing).
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Support key manufacturer accounts and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide quotations containing terms and conditions.
• Negotiate cost, timeline, and technical specifications; provide consultation as needed.
• Coordinate delivery of products to customer site with shipping and logistics.
• Establish sales strategy by analyzing account history for forecasting and performance improvement.
• Prepare presentation materials for sales meetings with customers.
• Monitor order progress for status updates and to avoid delays.
• Create sales reports using MS Excel and the company system; report to Direct Managers.
• Maintain all records and data entry for system updates.

Global industrial supplier is looking for Korean-English Bilingual Key Account Manager near Duluth, GA to join their team. Ideal candidate will have good understanding of what manufacturer business customers needs. This position is full-time/ direct-hire position with comprehensive benefit package.

• Support key manufacturer account and maintain good relationships with customer account
• Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers
• Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification etc., and provide consultation as needed
• Coordinate successful delivery of products to customer site with shipping department and logistics couriers
• Establish sales strategy plan analyzing account history for future forecasting activities and performance improvement
• Prepare presentation materials for sales meeting with customers
• Monitor progress on customer’s order for status update communication and avoid any delays
• Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company's system and report to Direct Managers periodically
• Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Ideally have at least 1-3 years of B2B Account management experience in Automotive industry
• Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing) Proficient Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management is MUST
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Able to travel up to 50%
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
