Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean bilingual Logistics Operation Staff in Round Rock, TX to oversee end-to-end movement of goods by air, ocean, and land.

You will monitor shipments, report KPIs monthly, and coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations. You will develop performance metrics, resolve discrepancies, and perform ad-hoc reporting while maintaining proper records in accordance with logistics policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding preferred.
• Korean bilingual required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage product movement via Air, Ocean, Land transport.
• Track shipments and report KPIs monthly.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal staff.
• Develop metrics to evaluate logistics performance.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and maintain records.
