Cinter Technology Services is seeking a Business System Analyst (N-MCS System) to join our Plano, TX team onsite on a 1-year contract/W2 basis. The role requires English and Korean; you will validate features, train users, collect feedback, and drive system improvements across enterprise applications.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in business systems analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and solid stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of Business Systems Analysis or IT support experience.
• Experience managing or supporting large IT projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Fluent English and Korean language skills.

Aufgaben

• Validate and test new system features and enhancements to ensure functionality and business requirements are met.
• Provide end-user training and support for newly implemented business systems and applications.
• Gather user feedback and coordinate with headquarters development teams regarding system improvements and enhancements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support large-scale IT and business application projects from planning through implementation.
• Assist with troubleshooting system issues and coordinate resolution efforts across technical teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports, metrics and insights to support business decisions.
• Support database-related activities including querying and validating data.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides and testing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, IT Support, System Administration, or a related field.


• Experience managing, designing, supporting, or evaluating large-scale projects.


• Working knowledge of basic networking terminology and concepts.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


• Ability to perform data analysis and derive meaningful business insights.


• Strong experience with requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and end-user support.


• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.


• Fluent communication skills in English and Korean language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, Java, and Spring Framework.


• Experience working with Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.


• Prior experience supporting enterprise applications and corporate intranet environments.


• Experience working with global teams and offshore development organizations.
