Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Korean bilingual Benefits Manager to lead our comprehensive employee benefits program for a 1,000+ employee organization in Irving, TX. You will design and oversee health, welfare, and retirement plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with U.S.

regulations. The role requires deep US benefits expertise, fluency in English and Korean, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of corporate benefits experience; 3+ years in a large enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, administration, compliance and vendor management for health, welfare and retirement programs.
• Manage open enrollment, broker strategy, system setup and bilingual communications.
• Oversee compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and IRS guidelines; coordinate audits.
