Job summary

Cesna Group, a global recruitment leader, seeks a Korean bilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our remote NJ team. The role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, advising clients on hiring, and closing placements with a strong emphasis on bilingual communication with English and Korean speakers.

The ideal candidate has recruiting or sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Korean fluency is highly desirable.
• Experience in sales or recruiting fields.
• MBA preferred for strategic growth and client leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and candidate interactions.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site).
• Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs.
• Present and promote qualified candidates to clients.
• Extend offers and close placements.
