Position

We are seeking a Konica Minolta Production Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of the Greater Phoenix area and surrounding regions.

Essential Job Duties

1. Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
2. Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
3. Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
4. Developing solutions to resolve unusual problems
5. Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations effectively

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience servicing and repairing Konica Minolta production-level equipment
• Advanced Konica Minolta certifications are required
• Strong computer knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; company vehicle provided
