Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to help create learning content for field teams. You will design and validate weekly articles and develop training that turns complex information into practical guides.

You'll work with the Knowledge Management Director, gain mentorship, and build skills in instructional design, presentation, and collaboration within Performance Management and Support teams this summer.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a degree in instructional design, education, communications, business, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize complex information logically.
• Strong presenting and communication skills; able to accept feedback.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on development of the course(s).
• Develop content outlines, job aids and visual aids for adult learners.
• Create knowledge checks designed for adult learners.
• Manage multiple project tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Present learning content to Performance Managers, Sales Specialists, and Performance Consultants.
• Build relationships across Performance Management, Support, and Business Leadership.
