Job summary

Cox Automotive, within the vAuto team, seeks a Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to help create knowledge content for field teams on new software enhancements and updates. You will work with the Knowledge Management Director to design, develop, and validate weekly articles and training content that is actually used.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders on the development of the course/courses.
• Develop content outlines, job aids, and visual aids to support understanding of the vAuto ecosystem for adult learners.
• Create knowledge checks designed for adult learners.
• Manage multiple project tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Present learning content to a large group of Performance Managers, Sales Specialists, and Performance Consultants.
• Build relationships and network with peers and professionals across departments.

Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

_ Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time. _

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to assist with creating knowledge content for in field teams on both new software enhancements as well as updating content on existing software. You’ll work directly with our Knowledge Management Director, within the Business Leadership Team at vAuto, to design, develop, and validate weekly knowledge management articles, develop new learning and training content, and gain hands-on experience turning complex information into training that people actually use.

What You’ll Do
