Cox Enterprises is seeking a Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to help create knowledge content for field teams and develop new training materials. Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time. We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to assist with creating knowledge content for in field teams on both new software enhancements as well as updating content on existing software. You'll work directly with our Knowledge Management Director, within the Business Leadership Team at vAuto, to design, develop, and validate weekly knowledge management articles, develop new learning and training content, and gain hands‑on experience turning complex information into training that people actually use.
