Job summary

SCT in Arlington, VA seeks a knowledge manager with seven years of communications experience to support HQDA DPRR. You will organize administrative and information materials in Government Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to maximize information sharing across dispersed sites.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Experience with Google Analytics and Power BI is a plus; DoD processes are valued.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience in communications, public affairs or public relations.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related fields.
• Three years’ experience working for the Government (Military, federal employee or Government Contractor).
• U.S. Citizen (required by contract).
• Army/DoD experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist DPRR in preparing and executing meetings, drafting official correspondence.
• Develop and facilitate knowledge management products for DPRR.
• Implement and administer a document management system and procedures for electronic records.
• Ensure knowledge products meet branding and correspondence standards.
• Prepare deliverables including briefings, newsletters, study findings, reports and recommendations.
