Job summary

SCT, Arlington, VA-based firm, seeks a knowledge manager with seven+ years of experience to support the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) DPRR. This role will organize DPRR administrative and communication products in the Government’s Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites, serving as a knowledge management portal across dispersed sites.

You will develop, support and facilitate knowledge products, ensure branding and records management, and help prepare deliverables such as briefings,

Qualifications

Seven years’ experience in communications, public affairs or public relations.
Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing, advertising, public relations, health communications, knowledge management or journalism.
Three years’ experience with the Government as Military member, federal employee or Government Contractor.
Army/DoD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and executing meetings and drafting official correspondence.
Develop and facilitate knowledge management products for DPRR.
Implement and administer a government document management system to capture, store, retrieve, share and destroy records.
Ensure knowledge products meet correspondence management and branding standards.
Prepare deliverables including project briefings, newsletters, study findings, reports, conclusions and recommendations.
