Job summary

SCT is seeking a knowledge manager to support the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-1 Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR). This role will organize DPRR administrative and communication products/materials in the Government’s Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites, creating a portal to maximize information sharing across dispersed sites.

The position requires seven years in communications and a bachelor’s degree, with potential security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years in communications, public affairs or public relations.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in relevant fields.
• Minimum of three years’ government experience as a military member, federal employee or government contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist DPRR in preparing and executing meetings and drafting official correspondence.
• Develop and facilitate knowledge and information management products for DPRR.
• Implement and administer a document management system and related procedures.
• Ensure knowledge products meet DPRR branding and correspondence standards.
• Prepare deliverables such as project briefings, newsletters, study findings and recommendations.
