Job summary

Crowned Grace International is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to design and sustain the knowledge architecture of the Mission Performance Improvement Branch. The role centers on defining service catalogs, metadata schemas, and taxonomy to enable rapid end-user access and to build and administer online repositories on government-approved platforms.

The candidate will organize data, govern digital assets, and create SOPs, ensuring secure file management and streamlined collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of management experience.
• Experience administering and developing SharePoint Online sites or comparable enterprise repositories.
• Experience building service catalogs, taxonomies, or metadata schemas.
• Eligible for Tier 2 Public Trust determination and CAC issuance.
• Proficiency with document management systems and collaboration tools (MS 365).

Knowledge Management Specialist

Crowned Grace International (CGINTL) seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to design and sustain the knowledge architecture of the Mission Performance Improvement Branch. The specialist defines and documents internal and external service lists and associated process documentation. The specialist also sets metadata and taxonomy for rapid end-user access and builds and administers online repositories on government-approved platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizes, governs, and shares critical operational data, digital assets, and intelligence across the agency to support leadership and eliminate information silos.

• Design and maintain enterprise collaboration environments, document repositories, and SharePoint sites for secure file management.
• Standardize processes, draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), and build process workflows.
• Produce executive briefings, training decks, and multimedia content to help staff adopt knowledge-sharing protocols.
• Help bridge the gap between users and emerging platforms (such as data analytics tools or tracking databases) to accelerate mission execution.

• Proficiency in document management systems, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and collaboration or data visualization software.

QUALIFCATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Five (5) Years of Management Experience
• Demonstrated experience administering and developing SharePoint Online sites or comparable enterprise repositories.
• Demonstrated experience building service catalogs, taxonomies, or metadata schemas.
• Eligible for a Tier 2 Public Trust determination and CAC issuance
