Job summary

You will document assets, analyze system usage, and drive accessibility and innovation across the organization.

The role requires strong writing and communication skills, collaboration with diverse teams, and the ability to manage and organize information assets while staying current with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Master's Degree preferred.
• PMI-PBA or A-CSPO preferred.
• 8-15 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and implement knowledge management best practices.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of knowledge management systems and tools.
• Document and organize knowledge management procedures, best practices, lessons learned, and other knowledge assets.
• Monitor and analyze the usage of knowledge management systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Leverage technology to enhance informational accessibility and drive organizational innovation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in knowledge management.
