Qualifications

• Four years of administrative or professional work experience or equivalent education substitution.
• Two+ years drafting and/or reviewing technical or administrative documents.
• Two+ years gathering requirements from multi-department stakeholders and incorporating feedback into knowledge systems.
• Two+ years tracking and supporting concurrent knowledge management or documentation projects.
• Two+ years operational support experience with government or organizational program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement knowledge management strategies across the program.
• Manage document management systems and ensure information is accessible to staff.
• Coordinate with policy and research teams to align KM with program goals.
• Provide training and support to staff on knowledge resources and processes.
