Qualifications

• Knowledge of KM principles, governance, taxonomy, metadata management, and information architecture.
• Understanding of semantic technologies and knowledge representation concepts including taxonomies and knowledge graphs.
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into scalable knowledge models and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Govern and manage the enterprise knowledge catalog including lifecycle, ownership, and metadata standards.
• Evaluate and improve taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs to optimize AI readiness and search.
• Design semantic models and controlled vocabularies to improve discoverability and reuse.
• Collaborate with business, product, data, and technology stakeholders to define knowledge domains and governance standards.
• Map relationships between content, processes, services, and organizational knowledge assets to improve decision-making.
