Job summary

The role involves creating and maintaining SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles, as well as providing technical support for queries related to computer systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a BA/BS degree, and must be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must obtain and maintain a polygraph clearance.
• Two certifications: Security+ CE and PWS 9.1 cert.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and KAs.
• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot existing applications and devices.
