Job summary

CDW is seeking a Knowledge Management Lead to strategize, implement, and optimize KM initiatives across business functions. You will work with leadership to advance processes, tools, and governance, ensuring effective knowledge capture and retrieval across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business units, driving improvements and enabling data-driven decisions through KM insights and BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years of experience OR, 7+ years of work experience required.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, workflows, or knowledge management is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English grammar and business documentation expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with documentation or communication tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead in the development, standardization, and implementation of knowledge management strategies, frameworks, processes and policies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Begin working with business leadership to execute KM related strategic initiatives.
• Lead the design and implementation of knowledge management processes, systems, and tools.
• Drive analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for efficiencies and automation.
• Identify and implement best practices for knowledge sharing and retention.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture tacit knowledge and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate knowledge management tools and platforms.
• Analyze knowledge management metrics to measure effectiveness of knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Develop and provide guidance to teams in knowledge management practices, tools, and processes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing culture.
