Wolters Kluwer seeks a Content Management Lead (Team Lead, Knowledge Specialist) to organize and delegate solutions for the BL Knowledgebase in a hybrid Indianapolis setting. The role ensures timely responses to internal queries and proactive knowledge buildouts for large client volumes and renewal cycles.

Reporting to the Manager, Content Management and Associate Director, Customer Success, you will identify knowledge gaps, manage workflow, and coordinate with adjacent teams and marketing as

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in research, legal, or knowledgebase management.
• Experience handling knowledgebases and licensing nuances across industries.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and respond to internal queries efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to internal queries posed by WK team members via the InSys task system and other channels; delegate to KST team members.
• Respond to pre-onboarding knowledge buildout tasks to ensure knowledge exists for efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain task status updates for visibility across teams.
• Communicate with external government agencies for business license research inquiries.
• Convey findings concisely to team members in verbal and written form.
• Update license information in the BL Brain Knowledgebase after task completion.
• Monitor knowledgebase improvement channels and delegate recapture efforts to KST team members.
• Conduct industry knowledge sweeps to identify outdated or missing information.
• Liaise with adjacent teams to organize knowledge buildouts ahead of large client influx and renewal seasons.
• Collaborate with Marketing on public-facing web material as needed.
• Assist with structural maintenance, feature development, and troubleshooting of the BL knowledgebase.
• Support internal cross-team training and provide overflow assistance as needed.
